iPhone 5 never came, what to do now ?

Should I upgrade to the iPhone 4S now ?

If you're an iPhone 4 owner, I say  No. Generally speaking,  why should you upgrade. You have the smartest looking phone with a beautiful screen and still the most advanced in the world. So will iPhone 4S owners. When you upgrade to iOS 5 (available Oct. 12), you will experience most of the latest iPhone software advantages. The only thing you're missing, software-wise, is the 4S-only Siri personal voice-activated assistant. The improved antenna design will probably not mean fewer dropped calls, for some. In a nutshell, I think it was a good move for apple to hold onto the 4 model for another while. It was only released on the 24th June 2010. Most carrier contracts are 24 months so why release a New model within this time. Hooray for the iPhone 4S, good one apple !!!! file://localhost/Users/john/Desktop/images-1.jpeg
